I've never heard it suggested...but I say" I am this," meaning everything around me and in me. That forces acceptance...no escape. Then I say "I am nothing"...which is the other side of the coin. So I am all nothingness....freedom.

Thank you for reminding us younger people that it is sometimes good to develop a sense of self before dissolving the self, this seems like a more natural process. I think that youtube and the mass spreading of this information is reflective of the unnatural tendency technology seems to have on the body... the body trying to adapt at the same pace that technology develops... your words are absolutely beautiful and make me feel like crying. Hi Suzanne, I’m a 21-year-old who is losing his sense of self. Everything is dissolving and I’m mourning everything including the sun. I just feel really lonely sometimes and I’m so young but now I feel aimless and like I have no need for trying to find or anything

The Big Bang, THEE BIG BANG, a big bang, it's always changing, never really coming to be completely, but completely dependent on the moment preceding. If something is perfect, why does it change? Is there such a thing as more perfect? If something is perfect why would it be becoming something else? Perfection need not change from it's pinnacle. Love your thoughts .... I am on a path ... In this life I have developed a very natural self love but even though this blessing has been a constant companion, if you are even in the slightest way awaken to the bigger question of exsistence its little comfort and becomes increasingly errelevant the further down the path I go. It seems to be very common amongst those who are waking up that we have been some of the most troubled in life. It seems the more sensitive you are when you come into this world the more beaten down you get. I think that's what Jesus meant when he said the meek shall inherit the earth, because those of us who have gone through hell on earth are ultimately getting infinite freedom on earth and beyond by Awakening.🙏💕

As your body is a gathering of food from this Planet. Both body and mind are from you, You is your soul / the conscious observer, the unchanging, eternal Truth form which your body and mid are the servants. Once you surrender and identify with that impulse of the conscious observer Life is a fantastic journey without a destination. You are not your Life, you are LIfe.
