Thanks, Suzanne, great description. That which recognizes the illusion after it is gone is just another illusion.

Do you think this is simply HOW the illusory self perpetuates itself- forever moving, changing, entangling itself so much with itself that it doesn’t know which way is up so it just keeps chaotically searching. Maybe the beginning of the end of the illusory self is identification and acknowledgment of it’s own illusory nature. “My” illusory self just came up with all of this… isn’t it all just so fascinating… how mind-identification works. 🤯

the death of Me...pretty or not pretty? Here, the recognition that it never really existed wipes the slate clean...This clean slate is a very intriguing situation to behold...the inherent mystery that is uncovered seems to call to be recognized in the many aspects that create freedom

If you wake up in Gaza today it would be difficult to stay with this kinda whatever you call it…. As long as you “think” of yourself as a concept, which on one level you are, the world is dangerous. It seems we exist on multiple planes simultaneously. Nothing is happening and “you” are happening at the same time.

What are beliefs? So far in my investigation, beliefs are combination of ignorance, conditioning, and the sense of illusory self. I really can't find where all those beliefs are.

Is it helpful for one's spiritual growth, if one dwells on the feelings of the pleasant memories of distant past and visualizing the different activities of that time in consciousness as often as possible without internal dialogue? I mean if one embraces the pleasant past memories with its visualisation in consciousness - is it a spiritual practice?

I find your videos very interesting, but I'm wondering exactly what the school of thought is that got you to this point? I align most with Buddhist philosophy but mainly the points of: Interconnectedness of all of life Seeing the beauty and everything and being mindful of each moment Living in the present moment and trying not to dwell on the past or project into the future Letting go of attachment to expectations or certain ideas or outcomes and realizing that everything is of the nature to change and that impermanence is the only constant in life Maybe it's just a stage you're going through right now with your introspection, but your videos seem to be a bit nihilistic and depressing. I do meditate on death and I try to remember that life is fleeting and then I should enjoy each moment and try to contribute to society and the best way that I can to make life better for myself and all people. I don't feel like people need to deny their reality or feel like life, relationships, contributions to the world etc are meaningless. While I see value to many of the things that you say, I also recognize that we couldn't have things like cures for diseases or inventions to make life easier through technology. If people simply sat around and thought well, all life is meaningless so there's no point other than to just sit here and meditate on the fact that I'm not real or that life is an illusion, then the world would be filled with even MORE suffering. I feel like we've all been given a life and we can use it how we choose to. We should see that we're all connected - and in small ways and in big ways we can each make each other's lives more beautiful whether it's a smile on someone's face or whether we dedicate some time to volunteering, or if we devote time to helping others through our work. Life is a beautiful gift and we should treasure the moments that we have. I look forward to more of your videos and also some of your uplifting insights that you've taken from your introspection. Thank you 🙏

Can you speak on life patterns. It seems things are just rehappening- good or bad, just a different age, location or setting.
@suzanne-chang2 жыл бұрын
Similar stories seem to repeat themselves based on your past, so when an emotion arises like sadness, it'll repeat the same narrative and it might feel true. So it will seem like things are rehappening. I would say go to the feeling rather than believing the story. I think I'll make a video about this.

So if I don 't exist and my life never happened, so there is no humanity and its history, no world, no universe, only apparently, mind blowing first because there is absolutely nothing but also because the illusion looks so real and wildly complicated, full of stories, full of nothing... how is communicating with other humans then possible? I will have nothing to say or arise antagonism in the believers of a me... it is confusing
