Such a quaint and quiet atmosphere. Really a very sweet home. A perfect retirement home! This seems to be just right for anyone wanting peaceful surroundings and wanting to get away from all of the busy life around them, and yet can get into town without much trouble at all when needed. A little bit of both worlds, when you want it!

This is the most charming home! Easy to heat am sure! Love the sun porch and the land. Not too much, seems to be plenty of privacy and yet near towns. Love idea that is has two bathrooms one down with shower and one up! How perfect this is, relly and they really had plenty enough room in bedrooms. Whether as you are older, or even with children. all can use that! Off the sun porch, was that a laundry room? I forgot if you said? The fireplace with special way it heats radiators as well sounds so comforting to know you have two ways of heating. The drapes at first, I wondered about thinking they just used them to divide rooms for privacy, but also it would keep them warm and comfy at night if sitting in living room near fire! Although the heat may not get upstairs as well not sure if closed/ But would keep the room you are in very toasty! Not much traffic at all, and this truly makes it even sweeter! Just truly love it. The price is within reason too, I feel anyway! Myst add some fees of course but that is reasonable. They have done a nice job furnishing the home. It at least gives someone else an idea, but of course many ways that one can do this according to what they like. But do think they have done well. Thank you!

If I could purchase this by myself,without the husband lol I would today! Then surprise him with it. He nitpicks everything. I see a studio either down where the laundry is or in the small second bedroom oh my goodness! My problem is I would never want to come back to the States. If I hadn’t got the vaccination syndrome that has robbed me of my life. That requires me to need assistance now. You bet I’m would! I that adventurous!!!

This is exactly what I am looking for, especially if the total cost is under 100,000.00 euros. Does it have a septic tank and and well water? It would be for my 85 year old French mom, who hasn’t live in France since the early 1960’s and wants to spend some time living in her home country. It’s beautiful.
