I really liked that statement you made towards the end of the video if the shops closed, It's an honor system you leave your name in the book or leave payment in a box, I love it that you can still have communities with that much trust and respect simply wonderful

Fun to ride with you in Switzerland 🇨🇭! And the Burgman CVT is simply a genius engineering feat. Love it.

Thank you for the tour. Your home and country are quite beautiful. I love in Texas in the United States where it is always got and something either wants to poke you (like cactus or mesquite trees) or wants to kill you especially when riding ( such as deer, feral hogs, rattle snakes). Really loved how green and lush everything is there. Just bought a 2018 Burgman 650 and just learning the bike for now but hopefully I will take a grand tour sometime in the future.

Hi Johnney. I am happy that you enjoyed the video. I have recently changed my Burgmann for a vintage BMW R80. I still ride the hills on a regular basis.

Fantastic video, thanks. Gorgeous scenery and I love the burgman. I also like your style of riding, not fast, just taking in the wonderful views. My kind of riding!

Really nice video , thanks. I have a 650 burgman also. I like it very much, i've had it just over a year, it's 2004 with 50,000 kms on the clock.between last summer & this, i've put about 15000 kms on it. She is called suki, after all.... i truly envy you your riding places. Over here there is way too much traffic & people seem to be always in a great rush to get somewhere. Well, thanks for the trip& keep on enjoying your rides. Ric from canada.

I posted too quickly. Thank you for taking us on your trip and letting us know more about Switzerland. In my ignorance, I imagined it consisting of the Alps and the Alpine valleys. I may have to watch it again and pay closer attention.

Brilliant bike for touring. I've owned 2 in the past. Cannot understand why Suzuki have stopped making them. Shame you didn't show some pictures of it. Nice roads and scenery. Ride safe.

Excellent video. I would love to ride through your country. I have a 2017 Burgman 650 set up very close to the way yours is set up. They are a wonderful touring machine. It's great to see a video of just riding and seeing the sights. Thanks for letting me tag along.

Lovely green scenery and I like the cloudy sky. Hopefully no rain. For the most part the roads look well maintained and they look like they would be pleasant to drive. The Burgman is ideal scooter for touring as it is powerful enough to hold its own on the open road at 110km/hour ( the national speed limit is in Australia where I live) but is also zippy enough for the city. The under seat storage and the added top box which in my case can be detached to serve as a suitcase would be idea for the minimalist touring you plan. I like the adjustable wind screen - more air at low speed and more protection when tooling down the open road. Fold in mirrors are handy for lane splitting - if that is legal in your area but also to avoid damage when parked. The CVT works well getting you off the mark quickly and in full auto mode managing the changes with ease. There is a manual mode if you must. All in all a bike/scooter that does what is designed to do and holds it own with the big cruisers, sports bikes and tourers.

Thank you for the interesting video. I have been considering a maxi scooter to replace my Vespa 200L and share space with my 2009 Bonneville.
