The Bergman 10 inch rear wheel eliminates it from the 125 cc competition. A small diameter tire wears out faster because it turns more times than a larger tire. A smaller tire sinks deeper into pot holes

Already the ex is priced at ₹1.5l onroad & the buyers are very less. I don't think suzuki will bring those features just for a handful of people. The aerox makes more sense at 1.5l

Activa 125 has a smoother engine, plush ride quality, external fuel filling, silent start and auto start-stop. It gives similar fuel efficiency too. Yet it's much cheaper than Burgman EX. The only advantages of Burgman over Activa 125 are cruiser style ergonomics, full digital cluster and 12inch rear wheel (which is useless due to rock hard shock absorbers). Burgman is a wonderful scooter but the asking price for this 'EX' variant is just too much.

Activa 125 is underpowered bro.....i have it since 1 yr......suzuki's engine is on next level, it cannot be compared with activa...just take a test ride bro and u will see the difference.

@@amaankhan9210 Yes. Suzuki engine has the best performance. It's top end power is amazing. And Activa 125 is not underpowered, it's adequately powered. Infact it's 0-70 is similar to Access. You can cruise at 70-80 all day, even with pillion. It feels lethargic because Honda has intentionally dulled it's initial throttle response, so that aged people won't find it intimidating. With its plush suspension and silent engine, Activa is totally aimed towards comfort. I have done 300kms ride on bs6 Activa 125 and It's comfort is simply amazing. But as a result of plush suspenson, it's handling is bad. Suzuki scooters have better ride and handling balance due to their larger wheelbase and stiffer suspension. The actual underpowered scooters are Yamaha Ray & Fascino 125. The Yamaha's produce 1 hp less than both Suzuki & Honda. And on road, they really feel underpowered to the point that you doubt whether you're riding a 125cc or 110cc scooter!

But as u have said activa is more focused on comfort for elderly population. And it is better suited for short heighted lady riders.

@@amaankhan9210 Don't worry. Take it for long rides and you will surely appreciate it's comfort and smooth nature. Actually it's my friend who owns bs6 Activa 125 and we regularly take it for 200-300km long rides along with some 150-160cc bikes. At first I did'nt like it because of it's laid back power delivery. But after doing a ton of long rides on it, my opionion has completely changed. It's so comfy, that you are totally fatigue free even after 200kms continuous riding. And with 70-80kph cruising speed, it easily keeps up with most 160cc bikes . It's engine refinement and suspension comfort is way superior to other 125cc scooters. The silent start and auto start-stop system works so flawlessly. I rode Fascino hybrid which also has silent start and start-stop, but the whole system is so laggy and unrefined that it feels super annoying. Fit and finish levels of Activa are also really good, feels premium. Mileage is steady 55kpl. My friends Activa 125 done 50000+ kms in just 2 years, yet not a single issue. So in my opinion, Activa is worth every penny spent on it.

I own a gen 1 (aug 2018)..straight line ability is her only Forte..engine oil freshness level decides her engine performance and rest is nothing to praise much....too pricey now 1.52lacs . Basically she needs a beefier chassis/ sub frame to classify herself as tourer which she is still not. Lighting is great though. Worst part is braking lacks bite unlike Honda's which give great bite feel. 12inch at rear took so long ( 4yrs). Chassis feels brittle on bad roads .

Năm ngoái tại thị trường Việt Năm . Suzuki Burgman đã có 1 màn ra mắt cực kỳ thất bại thảm hại với phiên bản bánh 10 ich nhỏ hơn 1 cái bánh Donut . Trông nó thật dị hợm với thân hình thì như lực sĩ và chân thì teo tóp như chân vịt và dường như ẩn luôn vào đuôi xe . Tất cả làm cho tổng quan chiếc xe thực sự tệ với cái bánh 10 inch đấy . Với dòng Ex với cỡ bánh 12 inch thực sự có khá hơn phiên bản 10 inch rất nhiều . Nhưng vẫn chưa đủ khiến khách hàng hài lòng . Suzuki nên lắng nghe ý kiến đóng góp từ người tiêu dùng nhiều hơn là tự tiện đưa ra sản phẩm rồi để người tiêu dùng làm chuột bạch . Tôi có thể thấy vài điểm thiếu sót ở phiên bản mới này. Đầu tiên nói về dòng xe Burgman , ai cũng biết đây là dòng xe Maxiscooster nổi tiếng của nhà Suzuki . Ở các phiên bản 125. Chiều dài dường như bị rút ngắn lại và không có khung nối kéo dài động cơ với khung sườn. Tôi hiểu là để tăng sự linh hoạt cho việc di chuyển trong đô thị. , nhưng so sánh ở 1 chiếc xe khác của 1 hãng khác đó là chiếc Honda AB 125 có gắp nối dài giữa khung sườn với động cơ và vẫn đãm bảo chiều dài cơ sở để xe quay đầu xe trong đô thị khá tốt . Đồng thời cũng cho xe có cái nhìn hài hòa hơn về tổng quan. Vậy vấn đề của các chiếc Burgman 125 chính là thiếu 1 chút về gắp nối dài động cơ và kích cỡ bánh . Tôi nghĩ con số 13 inch 130/70 là tối ưu nhất cho động cơ , cũng như tạo nên sự hài hòa của thiết kế. Và 1 điểm nữa không hài lòng chính là thiết kế thắng sau quay xuống lộ ra ngoài quá nhiều. Điều đó tốt cho việc bảo dưỡng sữa chữa nhưng vị trí đó cũng có 1 vấn đề đó là dễ bị va đập với lề đường và hỏng học gây mất kiểm soát thắng sau. Nếu giấu nó vào phía trong bên trên như là cái thắng sau của chiếc Sym Excell 2 đời 2008 thì nó sẽ được bảo vệ tốt hơn , tôi nghĩ đó là 1 thiết kế rất tối ưu cho phanh sau . 1 chiếc xe có bánh to 13 inch sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn về vỏ xe tốt hơn , nhiều cao su hơn , dày hơn , bám đường tốt hơn , cho những chuyến đi xa an toàn hơn và gắp nối dài giúp xe nhìn tương xứng với vóc dáng hơn. Vận hành êm ái qua các ổ gà hơn với giãm chấn với khung sườn. . 😊 Đừng coi thường đôi chân , muốn đi xa hơn , phải có 1 đôi chân khỏe mạnh 😊
