I started riding in the mid 80's, worked my way up to a GSXR1100 by the 90's, first model with upside down forks. That bike along with the FZR1000, twin round headlights, were the best looking in my opinion. Don't care much for the look or the design of much of the modern bikes, especially the front end.

Idk why people hate GSXR I have a custom 1000RR black and red stretched. You'll beat me off the line but wait until I hit second gear I'll be doing 80 in 1st and 130 in 2nd then 130 -210mph 3rd-6th

Yes but a stretched bike doesn't go round corners or race tracks it has 1 purpose, also it still comes down to how brave you are with the throttle, btw a stretched bike should actually win off the line isn't that the whole point ? P.S the bike is 20 years old.

Drops gears because first gear is about 130kph and they don’t pull hard till about 7 grand and gradually get crazier to the red line.
