Suzuki GSXR forks on a 1977 GS750 - New Project Alert!

What happens when you are given a free GSXR front end and a free Suzuki GS750? Stick em together, of course.
I'm still working on my CT70 mini-chop project, but I needed a little break from it, so it's time to show you how to swap a modern USD fork onto a vintage bike frame using a conversion stem kit.

Could you not press out the stock GS stem and press it into the GSXR lower tree? I did that when I swapped the front on my Bandit.
