I've clicked up 7500km on my 2019 GSXS 1000. Love love love it. From the sound it makes to the ball's to the wall acceleration. Also think it's the best looking super naked out there.

Rob Hulman the low torque is what surprised me the most considering it’s a 4 cylinder 🙌🏼 enjoy and don’t get too addicted to long gears 😜

Good review. I like that you aren't talking the entire time like 90 % of these ride reviews. I'm stuck on this bike, the cb1000 or the Kawasaki Z ... Tough.

I bought a new 2018 about a month ago and like you, it's hard not to keep twisting your right wrist isn't it? The bike is a hooligan bike - encourages you to always go faster. FUN!!

Lou V indeed! It’s the reason why I probably won’t buy this bike... like I did not buy the superduke 1290r I know myself too well... it’s a torture to stick with the limits

Lou V always try to do it cleverly tho... use the experience to know how much to push and when.. leave slack for mistakes...

Underrated in engine only (k5-8 long stroke is still arguably the best R motor and bullet proof). Suspension while budget is adequate for the road. Interesting style of riding with only hand on brake as needed. On my 2018 s1000z and every bike previous right hand is always on brake, often trailing also. I believe the only change besides color scheme was a milder throttle cam in 2019 to help reduce snatch. I had to put a G2 Tamer and PC V to fix lean Euro 4 emissions problem that so many experienced (not all). It's smooth as now. Thanks for the vid.

PJGoblin If it’s for weekend fun definitely go for the S... if you’re planning on touring a lot than the f makes sense, but I’d personally get the s and if I have to tour use soft panniers
