Thank you Mike I'm using a JT x ring chain. 530 Z3 112 Link Expert Super Heavy Duty X Ring Series Drive Chain featuring 10,935 lbs tensile strength. Top of the Line from JT and designed for up to 1400cc superbikes approaching 200hp.

What year is this busa? I have a 2000 and it doesn’t have the first two judder springs that go infront and behind the first fiber. I followed this everything exact bike won’t even move at all . And it is the same oem kit from Brocks

@@JasonBrooks-om6gs mine is a 2004 1st gen. I believe 99- 03 is a different clutch kit. They may have sold you an 04 - 07 kit.

@@revvedupwithmike I bought the 99-01 kit from Brock’s , but it’s identical to the one you used . I don’t know I’m at a stand still at the moment

@JasonBrooks-om6gs I've never seen one without the spring washers. But I would definitely start by flushing the system with fresh Dot 4 synthetic fluid and bleeding. BTW sometimes the spring washers don't look like they are there (they look like part of the basket and don't come out) . I had to look closely to fish one out. I thought it was missing at first.
