Did you put the dampers in your tubes? It smooths out the mercury alot.

Hello! Sorry, tell me please. The manual (page 4-69) contains information that to synchronize the throttle valves, it is necessary to connect the hoses of the vacuum gauge to the nipple (short plug in the video), and you have the hoses connected to the main line. Maybe I misunderstood something?
@Adikxx4 жыл бұрын
Depending on what type of balancing tool you have you might need to calibrate the tool first. if you have a decent type of tool which doesn't need calibrating first you just connect 4 hoses from your balancing tool to 4 little nipples coming out of the throttle bodies. Set the rpm to about 1200 and you,re good to go. Engine must be warm! That's all there is to it. You probably misunderstood sth as in that section of service manual it doesn't say anything about "main line"

The hose on the right side u pointed out that needs to be removed,,,where is it going,,its missing on my bike and i get the o2 sensor fault from the exhaust and the bike is rich as ....it really drinks fuel as a russian gulping vodka.

Hey brother thankyou as you have helped me alot few days before regarding the fuel pump.. Can you please make a video of all the sensors in the busa 2002 how to check if they are working properly or not.. Thankyou so so much brother..

There is many sensors there bud. Some of them wouldn't be responsible for your problems. Can you remind exactly what symptoms are you getting with your bike?

@@Adikxx i bought 1 build 2005 and the guy i bought it from said he had changed the silencer and that was the reason for the FI light to be turned on all time,,off corse i dont believe him,,but i looked at the oxygen sencor on the exhaust and the fool had the wire on when he had screwed it back so the cord had twisted it self on top of the sensor,,could it be that 1 of the cord has snaped. The bike feals like a cbr 900rr firblade power vise and it consumes a lot of fuel.. the previous owner told me that they had flashed the ecu.. i dont think there is any qualified tuner where i bought my bike so what could it be ? i know that i need to put the bike on dealer mode and see what faulty codes it gives but the bike is att my summer place.. so i want to buy parts to it but not useless parts..im to buy a air filter p08, new iridium plugs and so ..would you recommend me to buy a pc5 with autotune or should i send the ecu to an qualified tuner like brock.. would presciate sugestions.

Hi adikxx83, is this something you`d do on the RF900? I wonder also what made you do this? Did the bike vibrate a lot and is it less now for example? Or did you get irratic throttle-response? BTW, i`m planning a trip to the NorthCape in June 2018. Me on the RF900 (1995) and my gf on her Burgman AN650. I am advised to switch my airfilter from paper to fiber because of airhumidity up north. Do you now if this is usefull? Costs i`m told about €70,-, so doable i think. I`s love your input. Drive safe, Flying Dutchman

Flying Dutchman Hi Flying Dutchman,always good to hear from you! Synchronization is one of the maintenence jobs all bikes benefit from after certain mileage is covered. Definitely worth doing on 4 cylinder motors. I will put a step by step video guide for synchro on Riffer 900 too! Just need to find time for it. Nicely balanced carbs/throttle bodies will give slightly lower fuel consumption and slightly smoother running of the engine(especially on the idle) what i noticed on the Busa too is that now it vibrates somewhat less. So yes you were spot on with your assumptions and mentioned pretty much all of the benefits. You are lucky that you can travel together with your partner, it's awsome! I push my lady to get the bike license but no success yet hehe. Would love to see some video or pics from your trip! Btw i did some nice little mods on my Riffer and plan to chuck some vids about it on YT. High time i spent some time on the RF finally and let the Busa rest a bit:) Take care bud and ride safe! Regards

Flying Dutchman I forgot to refer to swapping air filters.I heard similar opinions before actually. I think this upgrade would make sense because at high elevations air has less oxygen and less oxygen means less effective combustion so free flowing and less restrictive filter would probably perform better. I don't have personal experience with riding at high altitudes but following logic this seems a good idea.

HEY ADIKXX83 , BROTHER A QUICK QUESTION AND THAT IS I HAVE DYNO TUNED AND FLASHED MY ECU IN UNITED STATES AND BROUGHT MY ZX10RR 2019 TO PAKISTAN A COMPLETE DIFF AIR ELEVATION AND FUEL N TEMP.. MY BIKE RUNS 20-30 MILES AND THEN SHUTS OF ON ME WHILE RIDING OR IN NUETRAL. NO MECHANICAL ISSUE AT ALL.. ONE OF THE GUY SAID SINCE IT WAS TUNED IN DIFF COUNTRY AND NOW IN DIFF COUNTRY SO THROTTLE BODY NEEDS TO B ADJUSTED ACCORDIN FOR FUEL AND TEMP HERE IN PAKISTAN.. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO U?

On old carbed bike maybe but on modern fuel injected bike that sounds a bit odd. Bike should run fine.
You have to sink 2+3 Then 1+ 2 3 + 4 If you start with 1+ 2 you might get way out of sync and never sync the rest. And check suzuki garage or service point. That’s how they do it:)

hi,adikxx83 any ideas why my rpms hang at 2000 rpm after i rev it when warm.

sometimes you can get a hanging tick over from extra air. Check if you don't have any places where extra air gets in, airbox clamps on rubbers?

I would sync for 4-6k rpms. Why? You don't ride on the highway or any other road, at idle speed. You ride at 4-6k rpm's. You bought the tool, now learn to properly use it.
@Adikxx3 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry for saying this but this is the dumbest suggestion i heard in my entire life. This is synchronized at 1300 rpm BECAUSE FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL SPECIFIES EXACTLY THAT !!! Having the tool plugged in and revving the engine to 4000- 6000 rpm would blow the fluid out from the tubes. Just slight blip of the throttle gets the levels to the very top and you suggest 6000 rpm??!! OMG are you on some medicine? Your comment is so idiotic that it's beyond belief! I took a screenshot of it and will post on Busa group, people will be laughing their heads off.
