Have a white one too. First thing I did is to remove the cage separation. The seats gain 8 cm space to the back and most important, the inclination is possible! And love driving it!!! Motorway speed is ok up till 120 km/hr, faster is not comfortable.

I test drove one 2 weeks back. I cannot fault it in any way. I have ordered one for delivey in 2 months. I love it to bits

1 year now with my 2021 Jimny and it's still an absolute treat getting behind the wheel. Ppl just love it, from gas station/drive-thru attendants to seasoned business people, even college kids. It's no fuss but plenty of personality. If you want comfort for long drives, she's not for you. But if you zip around in bits or love off-roading, I'd DEFINITELY recommend getting one of these if you can. Cheers!

Brilliant Mark, picking up my new Jimny in January and would you believe I just sold my Skoda Kodiac sport line automatic with all the bells and whistles to drive one of these fun-loving vehicles as I live in the country...and your right they have gone up in price now 24,000

Another great review. That commercial edition is the base model, upper models get alloys, rear seats, no cage barrier, larger sat nav screen and more. Thing is they are as rare as hens teeth, and selling for more than list.

The higher spec non commercial has a nice few refinements such as cruise control, climate control and android auto infotainment which isnt amazing but its the same as in the Vitara which I've driven and its serviceable. I'd love to get one and take the back seats out!

Funny thing is the commercial Jimny in Greece, which is mid spec, costs the same as it cost in its 4 seat top of the range version, that is before its commercialisation. That alone is a deal breaker for me Nobby.

Great review as ever Nobby. I know 21k Euro is probably cheap for Ireland but it's still very expensive I think for an apparently cheap 4x4. I dunno what the commercial Dacia Duster is it may be more and part of the price is dictated by the ridiculous VRT you guys are subject to but that still seems hideously overpriced for what it is. I know the non commercial version is available in the UK but is Ireland not getting the non commercial or standard car version at all?

A fun little retro 4X4 with lots of character. The rear seat delete means it’s potential market is closed down a lot though. Suppose that’s fair enough for a commercial vehicle. They’ve even restarted importing a small number of the Lada Niva 4X4’s to the UK market, so there must be a demand for these.

Trust me, even with rare seats its a tough sell for those in the back (my friends can attest to the discomfort in mine lol). This is a ride for you and your partner, or you alone.
