Suzuki Max100 Carburetor tuning for Better mileage

For tuning any carb first engine should be in warm condition,then need to keep the idling screw least 2.5k rpm ,close the air screw completely.. then need to open the air screw listening the engine will Leads to good idling ..stay and listen is the engine is running without any blocking..and certain point while u opening air screw..engine will breath nicely and smooth with high rpm so it means air fuel mixture is good .. then need to tune the idling scrw anticlockwise to bring the engine normal rpm.where you get a good beat of yiur engine .. after few kms runs the engine… stop and let the head get cold or warm .open the plug it should be burnt in mid brown color .. light brown is lean air fuel mix,dark is rich air fuel mix.. so tune again.before doin all this air filer should be clean..
