un-godly sounds! At first I was wondering why you were traveling so slow, then the camera angle changed to the rider view. Understanding now the very slippery conditions and the closeness of the large trees, then add in some speed. Some studded tires and this machine would be amazing. Love that Sound!

I've owned: Suzuki 230 Quadsport, 1985 Honda 200X, 1985 Honda 250R, 2007 Yamaha Raptor 700, 2008 Yamaha Grizzly 700 and . . . 1988 Quadzilla 500. First rode a modified 87 Zilla and fell in love with it. Bought my 88' when I was in college. Never should have sold it. Favorite bike ever. 3rd gear all day in the trails or dunes. Amazing suspension. Wide and stable. Insane power when you wanted it and was very reliable. Fit perfectly in the back of my old S10. Dude bought it from me and sold it to a dealership the next day and made $800. You could say I was. . . . upset.

@@ArmathuX I had a Honda 250R and we used to ride together a lot. The Honda took more work to ride in the woods but handled better, both of us could lose a banshee or a blaster in the woods easy, they Yamahas did not handle nearly as well.

Was lucky to have access to an 87 then later an 89. I was thrashing these beasts before I was old enough to drive. Pro tip: Kickstart kickback will minimally bloody your shin without boots.

Aw, man, recently saw a 250cc 2 stroke suzook quad for sale, dude said it ' needed a fresh piston ' ( which probably means, crank & everything is cooked ) It was $900, not a super deal, but not really a rip off, if it was complete & no other huge problems, besides worn out everything . I just saw a few pics , so can't tell for sure . A worthy project for someone who is prepared to do a proper rebuild . It didn't last long in the classified ads . Oh well,something else will turn up

Engine is made for quad. (its has somekind engine balancer, otherwise it would destroy frame)
