Great video. I got caught out by the battery negative cable while I had the engine bolts removed. Just routed it around the frame and out with the engine.

Thanks for all these RF videos. I have a red 1994 model. I am about to hone the bores and fit new rings. I had planned to do this with the engine in the bike but have found it impossible to get the two front cylinder head bolts clear of the frame. Clearance for the head itself is minimal also. So, the engine is coming out.

i Watching this now and maybe its good help for me becouse i buy Suzuki RF600 but not ridable (sorry for bad englis) and there is problem some oil go to spark plugh and came out from exhaust.. may be somebody can help ?

Witam. Co sie dzieje?

Musiałem ustawić walki do sprawdzenia luzów zaworowych. Znaki na nich nie do końca się pokrywają ze sobą. Walek wydechowy zgadza się ze znakiem na impulsatorze natomiast ssący jest delikatnie przekrzywiony, nie jest w poziomie z płaszczyzna głowicy jakieś 3-5mm. Czy to może świadczyć o wyciągniętym łańcuchu?

@@ARNO900RR wydaje mi sie, ze moze natomiast moze tez byc zle ten walek ustawiony. Moze o jeden zab na zebatce jest przestawiony.
