Watched your525d video's a long time ago. my current offroad buggy has 525d engine so thats why ;-) Also have a LJ80 now with F8a engine, and having some turbo's lying around. i have only one question! Where and how did you get oil pressure from the block to the entry of turbo? retour is simple! Thank you!

hi and glad hear that my videos is enteraining 😊 have you filmed material of that conversion? sound cool combo ! and oil can get from block front side. only need remove one hexagon socket and install proper adapter to that hole. difficult explain because english is not my regular language 😅

What is the exact name of the turbo you used, and where did you buy it?

Hi it was used turbo from bmw m51 diesel engine. Turbo can found from bmw 525, 325,725 and same engine is used too in old opel omega and older rangerover p38 diesel. Engine code is m51d25 amd turbo type is some versions garrett t25 or new versions was mitsu td04.

First rpm cut version was made with little modified old bosch distributor rotator, which used some 80s bmw, volvo etc other makers, it can be modded to the suzuki with some mods, and last version is made with programmable ecu system.

it need bigger injector and fuel pressure regulator+ pump stock injector is 108 and 130-140 work with small boost, but programmable ecu is much better working than modded stock carburetor is

Brent Bowder hi, turbo in this version is garrett gt25 from bmw 525,325tds etc in carry i used with same engine gt15 from 318tds

moi, kaasarissa ei noisda kauheesti säätöjä oo et pääasiassa pääsuutin 130-140 kokoseks siellä on mopoista, kevareista tuttu olikohan 5mm kierteellä oleva suutin pääsuuttimena, vakio oli joku 108 ja tietty ruiskun bensapumppua sitten kans.

@@alexf2866 i used f10a engine about 0.7-0.9bar max. stock head gasket not last long if use much max boost and rods cannot handle long time more than 1bar but i have heard that last thing only.

@@kallatheman9768 onnistuu joo kaasarillakin, tuo olikin hetken aikaa semmosena ennen kun sain muokattuu ruiskulle kaikki verneet. tosin jos kaasaria aikoo käyttää niin siihen löytyy pelkkä sytkäsettikin missä ei oo ruiskupuolta ollenkaan.

Find A Reason not so easily, my friend drove his 125 scooter about 7000km without exhaust at all. then valve snaps from full thorttle. and this have exhaust manifold and turbo in testing = not without any exhaust
