The driver missed the turn pretty badly, so I had to pass him on his right. Plus, action cams exaggerate the distance-there was actually plenty of space left in the shoulder lane.

Well, the quick shifters on these bikes are somewhat jerky; they’re terrible at downshifting and only work smoothly when you’re at high revs during upshifts. You can see that I used it when I accelerated quickly. But most importantly, it’s fun to use the clutch
