He makes them come to conclusions themselves. Eg. selecting Dalmi as CEO. And why Dalmi likes him, is it the letters, the hands or just being himself. He also can see others point of view which may not be the same as his. Eg the rainbow wish does work for Dalmi. His inclusiveness makes him having valuable relationships with everyone. They learn and build from each other and grow together. ✌️

I have watched this series in 2020 while preparing for an interview and it motivated me a lot at that time. Now, in 2023 after watching a clip on KZbin, I wanted to watch the drama all over again. I watched it again and It still kept me anxious, excited and gave butterflies although I know what will happen next. I think that’s where the storyline, acting, direction and cinematography peaked. Everyone was blinded by Kim Seon Ho’s dimples so they couldn’t accept this chemistry. Honestly KSH and suzy didn’t really click for me, I think suzy and NJH got the best Chemistry in start up, KSH is good looking but he’s overrated like there was nothing special with his character, Do San’s character was better and he was the best choice for Dal Mi, Am I the only one who thinks Jipyeong was an ass from the start . All he did was write those letters, but Do San was the one who made all the actions and saved Dal Mi a lot of times. He was sincere and jipyeong just wrote those letters because he was asked to write it. Do san took those letters by heart. I’m blown away by Suzy and NJH acting, his eyes. Their eyes speaks louder than words. Bravo to these two they’re underrated and their chemistry is ON FIRE I hope they get paired again.
