When a Person reaches to Top post, all his actions are viewed in different way. Now he is Dy.Sp & he should be precise ,exact in his words. He has to face many People & stand into court of law. He has to be perfect in his transactions & dealings, words I am not against him & his tremendous efforts. But while talking on video didn't find him Comfortable at all. Necessarily he has to have command over language/languages. Else he will be one the Officers. If wants to become DGP or Mumbai Police Commissioner, I am sorry to say that it's very difficult to get next promotion in near future. My comments to be taken in Possitive way & as Developmental Point. Nothing Personal.

But in earlier comment u were just trying to criticize him badly.... another thing this story given in josh talk to look, how people work hard to reach particular position..... There is no need to criticize him on basis of his poor conversation, its important that he have achieved in his life far better than a higher middle class peoples child cant achieve after getting lots of comforts also...

Earlier too my point of view was not to criticise him. No doubt he proved himself in most adverse conditions. I definitely respect him, Particularly his parents who sacrificed their lives for son. Yes It is matter of pride for them & they received it in reciprocation from Son. I am still insisting on 98% who are not getting Success in these competitive examinations. This 98% chunk is very huge. Second thing now prospering in life he must accquir new skills like Soft Skills, Public Speaking in a fluent manner, multi languages skills & many more. I know he has tremendous potential for advancement. But sorry to say that in absence of new skills, it will be bit difficult. Yet I pray to God for bright Professional Career at every Stage. I also wish you best of luck for achieving new positions in future life.
