Kazza and I are just so excited for you all to meet our Lil' Nugget- Sierra Ebba Trautman, and share in our adventure as we try to figure out the sailing life with a baby on board!!! After 6 months in Sweden we're back on Delos and just so excited for you to meet Sierra :) She was born in Sweden and when she was 4 months old we decided it was time to head back to our floating home. So far It's been an emotional roller coaster with many highs, a few lows, and more than our share of poop stories....

My wife and I have lived on a boat in the Caribbean for the last seven years and our son is only a few weeks older than Sierra. This episode made me recall a lot about our own adventure we started last summer (although my wife’s labor was less than 6 hours - almost didn’t make it to the hospital one island over). Having children is an amazing experience I have three. I have my oldest son and the Navy serving our country, my daughter is now 17 and making her father grow gray hairs every day, my youngest son is 13 and he has watched his older siblings and changed with the towns and wants to serve our country in the Coast Guard. My wife and I our goal is to sell around the world as soon as our children are free to be themselves and not need us as much as they do now. Brian and Kazza are back! And Sierra! Great to see you again. That delivery was hard won...brutal labor. I was right there with my wife as you were with yours. Difference was my wife had 10 hours of mild labor followed by a leisurely trip to the birthing center...a 45 minute walk outside, and then BAMMM! A 22 minute rocket-ride to delivery in the hot tub. 9 lbs, 14 ounces of boy. Everything from before paled. Most beautiful moment I've known in my life.
