Thanks for the hard work on Svelte and these awesome updates. I was skeptical of Svelte 5 initially, but I refactored some complex logic from stores to runes-and honestly it’s not complex logic any more 😂

Longtime svelte fan. Pretty excited for Svelte 5! As someone who works for big corp, I will say it would be nice to see sveltekit give more opinionated answers to auth. That’d be a huge lift

Would be stoked about passing down actions, transitions, and animations. It's definitely one of the few remaining headaches in authoring reusable and composable components, especially for libraries.

After 5 years working on Svelte now I have to work on React, i'm pushing so hard to adopt Svelte and ditch React. Damn is traumatizing.

At my company trying to get devs interested in switching from React and Vue to Svelte 5. It really is a nice developer experience and the new Runes reactivity system is nice.

So the Svelte site is going to be unified with sveltekit site... Might be right moment to do the i18n? Vue usage exploded because the latin community. Let's get Esbelto! In that regard, I know proper nouns are not usually translated, but if you translate svelte to spanish you have to choose a gender. Frameworks and languages are masculine, tech and platforms are femenine... Which would you choose?
