I am very new to you and your channel. I am not sure if you have mentioned this in any of your videos but it sounds like you may have melasma. Common causes of flares ups are hormonal changes and sun exposure, which you mentioned in this video. I am hoping this may help you if you have not come across this before. Dr. Idriss is a wonderful board certified dermatologist and has a few videos on KZbin about it.
