Totally agree about overseas races, bring back NZ and other tracks in Aus. Have to admit Gen3 (so far) seems better than expected. Speedway and Rally...hell yeah!

I have a huge amount of respect for this bloke, he is the class of the field and can drive anything. I do hope he spreads his wings and explores opportunities in the US, I would miss him but I would also love to see him in a NASCAR one day.

It's almost painful to see him censored like he is. There is definitely the vibe that the higher ups want him gone. Even the on air comments after the interview, they winge when he speaks his mind and then winge when he says what they want him to say.

It seems like anytime he says or does the "wrong" thing he gets jumped on. It's hard to watch, especially when he's brought so much to the sport. Is he expected to be a robot? And I always adored Larko but am fast tiring of hearing him call Shane things like "complex" or a "strange cat". It's just not necessary. Do what makes you happy Shane. Those of us who appreciate your honesty and the way you race will support you wherever you go.

Yeah.. he's doing it hard in interviews but making it through them. I'd love to give him some grape juice or pineapple juice and see if it stims him out :). Definitely carrying some asd genes. Worth a diagnosis.. nah, but he will want to keep on eye on his kids. You can be sure that's why he's so good at driving a car, no doubt his brain is ticking over at a fairly high speed.

Supercars has lost alot of fans due to the gen3 dramas. It's still boring racing and not alot of passing options on the tracks they are racing at. Perth 2.4km and 2 corners that they can use to overtake on. Parity is great but the cars need to be able to bump more without the risk of getting a penalty. Dunlop tyres need to go and the racing needs to be longer.

SVG is the new Mark Geyer....he will repeat everything from his new Dane family like Mark Geyer did from Gus Gould, then will get frustrated with governance - and end up suing someone for saying something not nice about his sisters cousins fathers mother. Power built on no foundation always goes rogue. Yes the series is not great coz Gen 3 costs too much and theyve not got it right. But SVG will end up frustrating himself out of the country like Ambrose did - hes the new Mark Geyer. This is all about power.

He can't say much I can see it I remember when he lift the V8 supercars and then come back to race for red bull Holden racing team but something dose not add up at all what's going on with the V8 supercars behide the scene someone tell me it's like a scrip have to do that do this can't do that can't say that or show that dam I been watching V8 supercars for years from the the age of 13 years old and now I am 34 years old now what the hell going on it's changed so much less races I am a Holden fan but now I don't know because of what's going on drivers can't even talk about anything about V8 supercars I just seen it that there more too it 😢 so if you need to talk message me because I would do anything to get racing back on track and more races

There is nothing 'super' about these cars anymore. Carbon copies of each other, wrapped in rules of boredom. Shane's best, honest opinion is 100%, bring the racing to the people...right now it's less about real racing and teamwork and more about marketing, money and an overseas export product......ah....In my opinion. It's sad, and it lost me as a race fan as soon as I couldn't watch every race of every round as a local broadcast on free to air television..... Shane, try jetboat racing, you'd be awesome at that too!!!

Supercars are only doing 12 events this year but thinking of overseas events, plenty of tracks here to increase the numbers plus there should be a NZ round

SVG is the best driver in the series hands down. Skaife and Co used to be full of praise for him and now it seems they're starting to have little digs here and there,they wanted cars that demand more driving and create entertainment, well hell Gizzy gives it to them in spades and all he gets is protests and appeals and snide remarks. It's obvious he don't like the new cars,it's also very obvious he's got one foot on his throat about what he says about it. I agree with other comments, it's now just a commercial package, to bloody PC and bordering on boring. Not enough races,dumb tracks and to wrapt in cotton wool. Let them race,let them have personality,let there be good guys and bad guys,let it be modern but with a bloody big chunk of the past!!
