Thank you for the review on the Bobber. Six months ago I purchased a 2022 T120 and have 4,000 miles on it so far. I have owned 40 motorcycles in the past 25 years and the T120 ranks in the top three. Of all the Triumph high-torque versions of bikes, this one has peak torque at the lowest RPM, 3,500 RPM, and that makes it a jewel around town and also add that it is geared tall you don't have to shift much and there's plenty of torque to still stretch your arms. But it is also extremely happy just riding in a very easy manner. At 70 mph it is barely turning over 3000 rpm and still has plenty of go. The bike is super comfortable and handles well. I have not had one mechanical issue with it so far. I look forward to more of your reviews on other models. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Greg 🙏 love hearing from owners and their thoughts from ownership. The T120 is a favourite of mine, I’ve been so impressed with all the triumph ranges from modern classic through super naked sand their adventure ranges. They certainly have a lot going for them. 👍 thanks for tuning in. Next up is the Tiger 660 Sport 😁

I've had my Bobber Gold Line for about two weeks now. I'm really enjoying it. I agree with everything you say except maybe taking it on an long trip. I would expect the wind would beat you up pretty good on an extended highway ride. Originally I was looking at a black/grey model but in person the Gold Line paint scheme really grabbed me. I'm waiting on accessories (new seat, accessory power, short rear fender, side license plate mount, and a bag for the right side).

have done 8,000 on my 22 bobber - absolutely in love with her. avoid the pot holes and you’re good. town, country and fairly long distance. (80 miles) not a single thing had gone wrong. everything tight and sweet. however, ha ha. i rode an indian bobber the other day and really liked that. better brakes smoother acceleration, more comfortable. not as pretty tho. wish i could afford both.

Better brakes on the Indian Bobber with it's single disc compared to twin Brembo on the Triumph Bobber? I haven't ridden the Triumph Bobber yet but I rode the 2025 Indian Bobber recently and thought the brakes were sufficient if a bit underwhelming. I did mostly like the Indian but I'd have to put on mid controls and different bars for a comfortable fit. Felt the motor was a bit lacking soul and character compared to my Triumph ST900 however. Really looking fwd to getting a test ride on the Triumph Bobber. I imagine one in my garage someday.

Hi, really enjoyed the clip and just for info, Hepco and Becker make a great range of secure luggage for the bobber as well as pannier and rear luggage racks. Quite pricey but really well made and very retro. Hope this helps

Hello, thanks for the video. How about the suspension and comfort in the seat? It really wears you down after 30 minutes? From what I saw you were riding pretty flat roads...how about on regular city bumpy roads, with lots of pots and cracks? Asking for a friend with several disc hernias 😉
@MOTOUK12 жыл бұрын
Suspension and seat were very good and if you think our roads are flat 😂 too many bumps potholes, U.K. has worst roads ever! It’s a comfy bike for sure. I didn’t have any issues

in my eyes, super nice bike except that chain final drive..a deal killer for me

I have over a quarter million miles on different bikes over the years and most have been chain drives. I have never had even one problem regarding the chain drive of a motorcycle except adjusting the chain every now and then. I have replaced 3 chains on my race bikes....after years of abuse though.

If you could choose between the Bobber and the Speedmaster which one would you choose and why?

For me I prefer the bobber, I don’t take pillions and the straight bars and normal foot peg position fit. Also suspension is stiffer on the bobber so suits my roads here. Ride lovely

What's with the one-handed driving? Makes me nervous. A sudden pothole is a disaster waiting to happen.

I have a 2017 bobber and love it, my only negative is, the jerky low speed throttle imputs and it is very tall geared for a cruiser/bar hopper style bike, i rarely ever use 6th gear, any speed lower than 60/70mph and the bike lugs on acceleration whilst in 6th. Yet my Tracer 9 can be in 6th at 30/40mph without issue and lets face it, on a bobber you are rarely ever going to be wanting to be doing motorway speeds for long and definately no faster than that. They might as well of just made it 5 speed. And it is not just a simple sprocket change to cure it, if you change sprocket sizes, it changes the rear wheel position, which then changes orientation of the wheel in the fender which looks wierd unfortunately.

Sorry to hear, the latest one is great on throttle no lugs at low speed.

Lovely scenery! Nice bike but bobbers dont grab me as much as classics etc...yet...😉 P.s Know someone who has some old bikes. Tempted to see what he has stashed away...

I find the Triumph Bobber is geared WAY TOO high at 171km/h in 6th gear at 4500 RPM. The non-adjustable shock is a nightmare!
