This was actually the first Star Wars game that I played and this also introduced me to Star Wars as a whole. Despite the clunky combat being annoying at times I enjoyed exploring Naboo, Tatooine, and Coruscant. The memories of playing this in sixth grade are coming back now.

It's a 1999 game, and it was pretty bad even for its day. It's a joke compared to the SNES games based on the OT or the X-Wing and Dark Forces series (note, I say this as someone who actually likes the prequels). To think, it got a 9/10 score in the Official UK PS Magazine.. Thanks for editing and uploading this, it's nice to have the cutscenes archived.

@@AllGamingStarred Thanks for reminding me of that trash... I actually had friends who loved that game, but I think it's more like they had just never played anything better. I hated Jedi Power Battles so much. I'd rank some of the prequel tie ins like this: 1. Phantom Menace Game & Star Wars Starfighter 2. Obi-Wan (Xbox exclusive) 3. Jedi Power Battles

For me it was the last part of the corusant level. The controls for this game were terrible.

I got as far as Coruscant, but just stopped around there. The gardens such, but the Tatooine level alone makes up for it. So much fun with all the RPG elements. The Coruscant level isn't that bad either, but not nearly as fun since you don't get to play as Qui-Gon.
