Ghee isliye dala hae ki usse Upma ka taste aur achha ho jaata. Agar aap sirf ghee daalenge, toh Rai, Arhar ki dal aur Jeera sekte waqt ghee jyada garam ho sakta hae aur usme se jalne ki smell bhi aa sakti hae. Ghee jyada garam na ho jaaye, isliye humne aadha tel dala hae. Tel aap apne hisaab se koi bhi le sakte hae! Hum hamari saari recipes me Sunflower tel istemaal karte hae.
