Michael Jordan explained this in the last dance doc. He wanted to win but he wanted his teammates to want it and be apart of it as well. He was harsh but that's why he was a killa and that was his method of winning
@yyg2015Ай бұрын
The problem is that Michael focus on winning but Kobe focus on proving himself, it’s different because sometimes Kobe will do something that hurts the team, and when he doesn’t like people saying he’s old, he will take a lot of shots and score inefficiently. JL has something to say about that so Kobe dislikes him
@younglove3362Ай бұрын
@yyg2015 They were no different. Pippen was the reason the team mellowed out. The Bulls role players couldn't go to Kobe because he'd trash them. He was like Raphael from ninja Turtles. Strong individually but a weak leader. Kone didn't have a Pippen, but he had Jordan, who had access to Pippen....or maybe Phil. Kobe learned from Jordan's mistakes because remember, Kobe was harsh on his team mates because they didn't take the game as seriously as him. Same with Jordan, he'd trash his team mates because they were not as strict as him. Eventually, Kobe mellowed out learning that you have to connect with the players and understand their strengths and weaknesses, not force them into your same regiment. I only understand this because I had an open eye awakening to Jordan and Kobes point of view when I saw how much better I got from practicing and when I tried to get my frie as to see it they were lazy. On top of that, they're trying to tell me how to get better when I was 3 times better by then.

People don't understand that. That's the style of leadership for Americans, I believe that the style of leadership of guys like joker that doesn't pounce on the weak teammate is more effective. If you study leadership styles, you realize that this style leadership doesn't get good results in my opinion. Go look at Napoleon and how he led, he rarely scolded people but he rarely praised. The problem with guys like Kobe is that you can sense that there was an impatience for in him. I don't know. That's probably why he was crying. He was trying to hold back what he wanted to say.

People are laughing at J Lin but forget that Kobe was the one bringing that team down for YEARS. Wouldn’t you also find it frustrating that the head of your team is trying to butt heads instead of fostering a team environment, and if you try to talk to them about it you’re just met with resistance? Shit I don’t blame Jeremy for crying and wanting better for the team, I’d do the same thing.

Lol if you gave me Nick Young or Jeremy Lin to have as my back up point, I’m taking Lin every time. He may have been “soft” but his IQ alone was tiers above Nick 😂😂
