You can tighten the screw on the front of latch of the Swagger 5 which will make it stiffer to fold down, but it will prevent wiggle and secure the handle stem. The Swagger 2 is only 200 watts so I think that's why it won't pull a heavier load.

You can tighten the handlebar so it doesn’t wiggle. Just give the Allen bolt on the clap a half turn and it’ll tighten right up.

Sorry I no longer own these scooters and I never came across that problem maybe technical support could help you better only I can tell you to do is just trace the wires checking for power

What is the 4 hole plastic peace that holds the handlebar pole in place,

@@DrewsBackYardMechanics i watched your video and you had your hand on it, its the half circle plastic peace with the 4 alen keys screws in it that holds the pole to the top of the wheel , its on the outside of the pole on the back side facing the rider

I didn't end up keeping these scooters, so I only know about the initial value, so thank you for the info about the longevity of them
