There are some pretty good changes to him since the release tho. His Q no longer gives mana (A little sad, but he is pretty mana dependant and it was too strong). And his ult no longer consumes his fragments, and is now dependant on how much health you consumed during the ult, which is good because varying ult strengths are not fun

I'm trying so hard to make he viable on solo lane.. but it's hard to make it work, since the solo laners are to aggresive right now. But he's the best mage aggresive support (on scale) in the game.. all his weakness are gone in the late game, he's not as vunerable as Brand, Xerath and Zyra, being able to lowkey tank some damage and literally when you land your combo, kill every enemy adc in a raw situation.. But I really miss his tankness, he's so squish right now, maybe I was expecting a Vladmir 2.0 again, but maybe with some buffs he'll be viable...

@@reinalto anyone who has skills that goes through minions like Ori, Brand, seraphine, ahri, Neko, etc counter u. You pull them, they pop their skills right on top of you. You dont have the type of burst the other mage champs have. Late game, u cant kill anyone without popping your ult and once ur ult ends, if ur team dont win, then u are basically useless because u dont do the same amt of damage like the others. You are more of a supp mage that realies on others when the laning phase ends.

I miss the old swain in his kit and visuals... oh there are some nice stuff in his new kit but I feel that the took away a lot of his unique aspects. The toggle ult and beatrice, for his kit and his playstyle as a burst bruiser was quite different from the other ap bruisers which usually built cdr and spammed abilities. The new swain gameplay looks a lot like the typical ap bttlmage aka vlad and I'll miss the birdman ㅠㅠ.
