@@marvina.3923He's not saying that. He's saying the culture is cool. Of course the history of what German officials did in Namibia is terrible and their actions were evil to say least, but the culture of the modern day descendants is very cool and special, especially because Germany as an empire didn't spread their language as much as the English or Dutch and other european empires did. German settlers weren't as common as other European settlers so the fact that German language still exists in Africa is pretty cool considering how the German empire didn't make much attempt to build strong connections with local populations outside of using Askari soldiers as a police and soldier force of their East African holdings so the German language and cultural aspects in Namibia surviving when German influence in Africa died out almost as quickly as it began is pretty cool.

@Kingsway's Viceroy : No 'White Saviours' required thank you. The UK can't even save itself from its poor Covid response. Ethiopia was the fastest-growing economy in the entire world in the decade 2009-20019 and another two African countries (Rwanda and Ghana) were in the top ten. _Among African states, Ethiopia has arguably been the keenest pupil of the Chinese growth model, embarking on an authoritarian, state-led investment push, focused on infrastructure and manufacturing._ _“Ethiopia has been growing really hot on a model that was initially brought in by [former prime minister] Meles Zenawi, who was a committed Marxist,” said François Conradie, head of research at NKC African Economics._ _“It was state-led growth, public investment in infrastructure - roads and a lot of electricity. They realised the competitive advantage they had through hydropower [via the Blue Nile, river Omo and others] and using those dams for irrigation to boost agriculture, and building roads and allowing farmers to get their produce to market.”_ _Mr Robertson said Ethiopia had investment rates above 40 per cent of GDP, “which is Chinese-type levels”._ Source: The Financial Times, 23rd Dec 2019: archive.md/k1UVT Sort out your own sh*t

White people will never have their own country in Africa. Capetown independence is a myth.

Well, you could have put it more elegantly. I mean as an African we must admit that there is a level of efficiency in Western countries that is rarely seen in African but on the other hand there is a warmth a kindness and less exploitation in human relations that we have in Africa which even Europeans who have lived in Africa miss when they're back in their countries. We should strive to put together our particular qualities for the betterment of the human race.

Why in the hell do the Namibians still allow them to live there? After what they did to Namibia? This is so disgusting. How can you stand by this, you've betrayed your own people supporting these colonists
