I alway wished I had a chance to learn dancing when I was younger. I am hell bent that my kids are going to learn. Up at the crack of dawn to take them to dancing. I just love how connected dancers are to themselves and the self confidence it brings as well.

Been doing your dances for a month hardcore to get some cardio in since my anxiety atm prevents me jogging like I used to. This is one of the harder dances to master I swear its so fast and I love it. My neighbors must think I really love the first minute of this song though the amount of times I replay it till I get it down perfect.

@@swati1988s Counting calories is everything. When I do EVERYTHING I'm supposed to do, including cardio, no or no carbs and around 1200 calories a day, I lose 3- 4 lbs a week! But thats with NO cheating! cheating costs me dearly these days. I'm going thru it right now after gaining 4 of my pounds back I think as a result of the Covid-19 crisis!!!
