Man thing is above the nexus and controls it, the nexus scales above all marvel comics, the writers and possibly irl, he has defeated hulk, classic strange, ghost rider and can travel into not only the real world but anywhere possible and impossible, his toxins that burn you are fuelled by negative emotions and the stronger the emotions the more potent the burn, man thing has an eternities worth of experience because he is nigh omniscient and knows he is fictional. Man thing is also 100% immortal and has destroyed realities and universes.

Yeah this is Live action. But it's pretty close in comics. Man Thing is has more abilities while Swamp Thing is more powerful. Swamp thing has beated Superman and even gave him nightmares. Swamp Thing will exist untill Green exists in the Multiverse. He can't be erased. Compared to Man thing, Swamp thing has better Plant Control. It's a Tough one but I will give it to Swamp thing. I respect your opinion though.
