Cory Flewellen is Living His Dream as Star Racing's Truck Driver

At 26, Cory Flewellen could likely be the youngest truck driver in the Monster Energy Supercross pits, but the native Hawaiian is living out his lifelong dream of being a driver for one of the premier teams in the sport. While most kids would someday aspire to be a racer or even mechanic, Cory knew from a young age that he wanted to drive a semi full of factory race bikes.

Take Southwick for example, go interview Doug Henry and John dowd literally working on the track, show us some history of the place, past races held there that were legendary. But no we gotta hear about happy Gilmore and teslas over and over again. Corporate nbc doesn't care at all

Good interview Anton . Cory seems like a really cool dude . His priority's are in order. 1. Don't scratch truck 2. Feed riders well 3. Hydrate riders alot 4. Slow down during low visibility so you don't scratch truck.👍 5.

Gotta respect this job all the way. I recently upgraded my transportation and I'm driving with over 60 feet of length with height requirements to watch out for now and trying to find roads that accommodate larger vehicles is definitely stressful as hell. These supposed trucker apps don't work the way they should either making it too the tracks is almost more difficult then riding the tracks anymore 🤣

Been obsessed with moto since i was 2. My parents never got me a bike my entire childhood until i bought my first bike at 18. I got my CDL at 22 and ive been driving for 6 and a half years, so being a driver for a team would definitely be the dream of mine since my dream of being a pro rider was no longer in the books coming into riding so late.

I would love this Job .. I have raced at Red Bud before 1977 -79 .. Bought my first Yamaha in 1972.. Been driving and repairing Trucks since 1978.... I saw a Video on a Nacar Semi Driver.. I noticed that him being the chef was a big part of the job..

I had the opportunity to drive one in 2012 and these guys are seriously underpaid. Just the driving part is underpaid then all the physical work and cooking is basically done for free. Hats off to these guys.
