Today we are swapping wheels and wheel studs on the 1969 coronet and showing the difference in lug nuts styles between modern direct drilled and the earlier unilug style.

Rear wheels are 15x10 with Pro Trac N-50 tires. Fronts are 15x7 with 215/70/15 tires. Rear wheel backspace is 4.25 I believe

Where did you get the Pro Tracs? I have the originals I took of my GTX decades ago because the wheels were too much offset to the outside. L60 14's. The were very good tires. The best non radials I ever owned. One of them is still good but the other got a cracked sidewall because I had the other one stacked on top of it. The right way to put in wheel studs is slide out the axle shafts (which is easy on an axle that isn't a c clip like yours. The push out the old ones and press in the new ones on a press. I have put wheel studs on the same way you did but I still feel guilty about it. It can stretch the stud, or damage the threads and beat up the axle bearings. I wish I could have pushed it in from the back with some kind of super strong c clamp, but t have never found such a thing. Those uni lug wheels were terrible. And they were never hub centric. No aftermarket wheel I know of was. I had to check and tighten my bolts every day when I used Keystones Klassics on the back on a daily driver. One day I forgot and the wheel got loose and broke a stud. I was in grid lock on the freeway and could not pull over fast enough after I felt the wobble. So, that was how I broke a wheel stud. It was on a 72 Road Runner. The left side was the one that got loose first. This car has right hand studs on all corners. There just may be some benefit to having left hand lug nuts on the left side of the car , even though everyone complains about it.
