I own a M31S, i have been facing this restart issue for over 2 months now. Its the Exynos 9611 fault, Samsung cheated customers using bad quality and shortly after 1 year of purchase the phone starts to do this. There are no solutions to this issue, you can wipe cache partition, Safe boot, hard reset, nothing will work. you could try fixing power IC but even that wont help. Only option left for all those facing this issue is to either SELL THE PHONE or FIX MOTHERBOARD for 7k-9k but that only has a 90 day warranty.

Turn off the Fast charging feature from Battery section in Settings. My phone used to freeze and restart every 5-10mins of usage, now it does once a week. Still better than getting the motherboard replaced. Additionally try installing Microsoft launcher.

Press and hold the power button. Tap on Power off. The phone will turn off. Once the phone is completely off, press and hold the volume up + power keys at the same time. Keep them pressed until you see the Samsung boot animation logo. A blue screen with a yellow triangle will appear. Wait a few seconds and the phone will go into recovery mode.

Hey, I had a talk with Samsung service center engineer, he told me that it is power ic problem, either a software flash at service center or replacement of motherboard will help, he told me if device is out of warranty and you don't want to get the motherboard replacement, then go to a known mobile repair engineer, he will repair the power ic and phone will work properly He told me that now company is also having problem because the issue has occurred in huge amounts and they are not able to provide free replacement because cost of motherboard is high, its loss of Samsung from all angles

My M21 which was bought in August 2020 had the same problem. It kept restarting on its own. Oddly enough, the problem went away after I uninstalled Microsoft Launcher. Bhai, muze ye problem aati hai lekin phone use karte vakt aati hai. Aaj maine mobile jyada use nahi kiya to aaj restart nahi hua. Lekin kal maine use kiya to 2 baar hua.... Vo bhi 32 minutes ke hisab se. Matlab jabhi restart hota hai tabhi 32 min. Hote hai. eg. 12.32. 13.32. 14.32. 10.32. 11.32. Aise time par hota hai.... Maine ye mark kiya hai har bar aisahi hota hai.
