लेकिन एक समस्या कुछ बिहार के डॉक्टर है कुछ नए nay जो 2/3 साल से प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं उनमें देखा गया है कि पैसा कमाना चाहते हैं इसके लिए बेमतलब का टेस्ट कामिसान के चक्कर में और ज़्यादा दवाईयां सिर्फ कमीसन ले लेना है उसके लिए लगभग हर अच्छे बंदे को भी बीमार बना लूट लेते हैं
