Enjoyed Madgaon Express. It was much better than I expected. The script and performances are really good. Yes, it could have benefited immensely from a slicker edit and a better musical score as the pacing seems off at times and the film drags in places. Still, thoroughly enjoyable for a one time watch.

My biggest problem in "veer savarkar" movie is how they spread misinformation about netaji subhash chandra bose . The movie shows whatever bose did savarkar told him to do so. I don't have any problem with the rest of the movie but showing that savarkar inspired bose to do everything is problematic.

Watched the movie last night and we'll unfortunately Savarkar's file and contributions were so impactful and numerous that it is almost impossible to cover them all with full impact.. so that's what I think is one feedback on film.. I think to show in a more meaningful way they should have chosen one line and made everything from that perspective.. eg. I feel the biggest thing of savarkar was his thoughts and expression (like that guy said he, savarkar could convince anyone of the cause) so it could have all been from that angle may be.... And also some casting dint quite click like madam cama .. lastly the movie somehow did not bring out all of the pain had already gone with in my heart... Like savarkar walking back after the whipping...this scene simultaneously had so much pain and anger in me but the movie could vibe at that level in visual presentation.. I was in pain and angry coz I imagined how bad it actually would have been

In my opinion 'Left wing is abusing Sawarkar and Right wing is misusing Sawarkar'. Sawarkar is a freedom fighter there is no doubt about it. But saying that Gandhi and congress (of nationalist movement time) delayed Independence is huge injustice and disrespect to our freedom movement. Randeep Huda is a great actor but movie is not well researched. It conveys truth but partial, suiting to the present political current.

Congress was the first significant and arguably the only major organization fighting for the goal of independence rest all had some what sectional interest latent in their demad of Independence. After extremists (Lal-Bal-Pal) gandhi was the one who mobilised the masses and the first one who pleaded and brought women within the fold of movement.

Savarkar was not sentenced to death liek three of them. He was in cellular jail where he was tortured like a hell. And mercy petition was constitutional right of every political prisoner at that time. Even ashfaqulla khan and ram prasad binsil ji wrote mercy petitions. What will u say about it??
