I love the back story on this one, haha Essie sure created a monster didn't she. I didn't get any of this collection, I was moving in 2020 so I went on a no buy the whole of 2019 and the only way I could pull that off was not to look at anything that came out. Sometime last year I saw Sweater Weather in a video and have been trying in vain to find it, it is the elusive one and I see that you couldn't find it either ☹

When this collection was released I bought On The Bright Cider and Rust Worthy. On the Bright Cider is one of my all time favorite Fall shades! 😍

I didn’t get any of these back then. I was very interested in Sweater Weather, I just thought I had something similar (which I still think I do) so I didn’t get it. It’s a pretty collection though most of the other colors would not look good on me, unfortunately. I also remember the days when I needed the whole collection even if I wouldn’t wear everything. Now I have over 1500 polishes and I have to be more ruthless on what I bring into my collection. I’m slowly making myself destash polishes that I don’t wear and can never see myself wearing but its hard because I still want everything. 😬

When this collection came out, I loved Sweater Weather as well and had to have it. I wear it every fall. I also got Easily Suede and On the Bright Cider. I would’ve gotten Rustworthy, but the year before they released “Say it Aint Soho” which is similar and I liked that one a lot so I ended up not getting Rustworthy. Glad you were able to get the whole collection that started it all 😊

Janixa, you mention the aging & thickening of n.p. over time...what are your thoughts on using thinner then? Some say it changes the formula, others say it's a lifesaver!🙏🏼

I think it’s a lifesaver for when a polish becomes to thick to use!

Definately a must have for me, I've stopped using Seche Restore on anything but Seche brand polishes and top coats as it doesn't agree with everything in my experience, but I have another brand on hand for everything else.
