The battery cover scratches very easily unfortunately. I use plastic tools instead of metal. Safer.

My Swatch Mission to Jupiter has a thin disk shaped battery what should I do? Try to put a battery like this inside of it?

The 394 is the standard one.

@@vintageradar Nevermind just checked the battery type, it's 394 Renata just it's super thin. Is it always thin? By glue I meant a round black slime like sticky substance which the battery was placed on so that it doesn't fall out

Yes, but not on this video. That is why I suggest you use a smaller screwdriver so that this does not happen to you.

the most important thing to do...missing! when replace the new battery, use the first & second position of the Crown to reset the hands on the subdials @ 2 and 10, and maybe also the second hand in the center of the dial!!😖🤷‍♂️
