Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Delhi Cops Claim Bibhav Not Cooperating In Probe | India Today

Delhi Police is likely to take Bibhav Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal's aide, who has been arrested in connection with the alleged assault of Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, to the Delhi Chief Minister's residence on Sunday, to recreate the crime scene. It is alleged that Maliwal was assaulted by Kumar in the drawing room on May 13. According to sources, the police are also expected to take Kumar, who is on a five-day remand, to Mumbai, where he is said to have formatted his phone. Meanwhile, Kejriwal and other AAP leaders marched to the BJP office in a mega show of protest against the Chief Minister's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the liquor policy case.
