I disagree here regarding ED. ED rarely ever gets conviction in its cases. Why is this? Either the judges are biased and bought out, or ED is just bad. They cannot get their act together to build a reasonably good case. I think it is the latter. It is unlikely that all judges are corrupt. The latter is highly likely.
