Wow she brought me to tears when she spoke about writing. I used to love writing. I wroteee journals that were as thick as 3inch binders. I quit tho. My daughter has been in foster care her whole 13yrs. She was raped by family at 5. Idk what else to tell her, but...write. Just keep writing. Write exactly what ur thinking and how your feeling. It helps. But am I doing my own advice? Nope. And everyday I live with anxiety. I just only learned anxiety is only an emotion. An emotion I choose to feel. Actually glad to hear Sway mention that males are also taken advantage of by people in power. It's not always about sexual harassment.
