Most all the players got it wrong at some point despite all the time they'd played. They even played it out in the promo showing their names appearing on the characters in a way that you couldn't be quit sure which one it was putting which name to.

Matt, the DM would always mix up Vex and Vax as well for a while. Sam, the actor for Scanlan made a joke that next campaign he was going to play a character named Vix. The twins share a birthday IRL so that’s why they made their characters twins. They sat beside each other at the table and during one episode they both wore a shirt with the other’s name on it with an arrow pointing to each other haha.
