this is actually super crappy response. Every human is different, clearly not everyone is capable to sustain this hard work over such a long course. Arnold is an exception, regardless, he wants to apply his lifestyle to regular people. Some people will just burn out and kill themselves, they cant handle the pressure, they cant handle the expectations. Of course its not really motivating to say that even though its part of the game.

@justindemott16032 жыл бұрын
This isn’t about how much sleep you can get away with..the human body is not a source of unlimited energy it’s a source of renewable energy..there’s a difference. It’s how you are applying that energy through out the day, and what things you’re investing energy in that doesn’t actually benefit you..if you smoke and drink alcohol, eat like shit your energy will be low throughout your day and you’ll need more sleep..if you’re able to adjust to no smoking. No alcohol. Stop with shitty foods and sugar, you will notice you have a reserve tank of energy and will need less sleep in order to recover. Environment massively encourages these habits and behaviors. Set yourself up for success. Change what is draining your energy. And start today. Fight against the old you right now. Anything is possible you just need to educate yourself on how you can operate at 100% everyday. Nothing is promised in life other than if you work hard every day in what matters you will reach greatness. Stay hard.

I woke up at 04.00 am and went to the gym and i came home and had eaten breakfast before everyone and i was the most awake at school and im a teenager and they say you need 8 hours of sleep but i proved them wrong and im proud of that. But one thing that was negative was that you have a time limit i think of that as negative but some people think that a positive thing. IF you're sitting all day playing with the Xbox or looking at the football game's all afternoon,you have no excuse for self motivation.!!! HITTING the gym or walking afew blocks a day, reading a book, makeing time with the family or spending more time with that specific special one in your life .!!! Motivation will change you're lifestyle, how you interact with other's and your outlook on life will change for the better and how your see your selves, one journey stats with the first footsteps and it's time you started your own personal journey and become a better you.!!!

I agree with working hard, getting up early, but NOT with sleeping less. Please sleep at least 7 hours. There is study after study saying adults should get at least 7 hours. You can do less on occasion, but not consistently as a life policy...7 hours is the magic number of least hours and still function. Not a single minute less. Just my opinion. Unless all the studies are lying or wrong (which I admit, is possible). Instead, just go to bed at 10pm, 11pm at the latest, and you should be able to get up at 5-6am. Not that unreasonable.

Listen to this guy. It's NOT impossible to live day-to-day on 6 hours sleep or less, but if you do, I hope you enjoy having no attention span, the inability to focus for long periods, and muscle soreness from your body not getting the minimum recovery time it needs... Because this is the stuff you inherit from choosing time in your day over sleep.

@@sebastianpalomino8664 sleeping only 4 hours is pretty bad, u'll probably die earlier. watch JRE podcast about sleep, the guy name is something Walker

I regularly go to bed at 9pm. I am able to get my 7 hours of sleep and still be able to wake up at 4am and grind all day. I agree with you, don't sleep less, sleep earlier

If you enjoy challenging ideas and if mastery and masculinity are topics of interest to you, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel. Challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood, explore your masculine potential and become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!

Working hard and sleeping less can be done for very short periods of time. Do it for weeks at a time, and it will be very counter productive. In fact, if you burn yourself out and keep going, research shows that you can get brain damage. Your ability to learn can get compromised.
