I used to watch these type of videos everyday , sometimes even before I got out of bed. I was in a dark place and these types of videos kind of helped me to just somehow get through those days one after another. But the Truth is , (and this hit me real hard ) motivation and inspiration is easy to get , dedication and determination are the tough ones. External motivation may work temporarily, it may get you off your ass in that moment but it will not keep you going. When the music stops and when the headphones come off , who are you ? That is when the real battle begins. Godspeed my brothers.

People said I would never make it and now I'm going to play college football when I graduate. I went from freshman year lifting 160lbs to senior year lifting 600lbs. Trust me you can do it! Work out 3 times a day. Everyone wants your spot, make them have to work for it and never give up your spot. A great team are those who push each other to achieve more than they ever imagined possible. Push yourself until you physically can't anymore. People always told me I couldn't do it, use that negativity as motivation to succeed. Never lay down, never give up, take the pain and work harder than everyone else. You have to want it as much as you want to breath to succeed. Keep working🏈

For my first two years of going to the gym, without fail, i listened to 2 videos on repeat everyday ,every time, and every minute i was there for 3-4 hours at a time. This is one of them. No music, no podcast no shows, just this video and one other. Until i felt that i was finally able to reward myself with something like music after 2 years, And even then, 7 times outta 10 ide play this video when i went in And the days i feel real low, and feel like i dont wanna workout, i go and discipline myself to play this unti i leave. 🙏 Motovation fades, discipline stays.
