I'm 64 years old.. Prostate cancer.Took 44 radiation treatments. Dr. told me Try and get your errors done early in the morning because you'll be tired by 11. I saw your video penatenary arms, and it motivated me to workout 5days a week at home. I too ,always gave it my best to have big arms. I took your advice and said FUCK YOU cancer! I'm going thru that now. Was told in had 6 months to live if they didn't remove my prostate. Went to MD Anderson had it removed! Now? I still have cancer! Fuckem, I'm back in the gym, changed my diet, cut sugar and tracking my PSA, its still but slowly. Ima keep lifting eating correctly and spend time with my daughters and grandkids! Liven my life my way!

I worked with CT many years ago and I remember then in the early 2K , he was one to always take an interest in others...he was so humble and others-centered that I naturally went into defense mode whenever we'd encounter each other...thinking that he had some type of ulterior motive of some sort....but little did I know...CT was 200% genuine. CT i grew up in a drug infested house and i got myself out. Against impossible odds i enlisted in the air force built a life got married to the love of my life at 18 and now have a 2 year old baby own a home and have a great career. I am 26 now and lost my mother to an OD last year on my wifes b day. I will never forget where i came from, from nothing. I will never foget the horrible things ive seen and use that to motivate me to never put my child through that. Your story has given me the willpower to push it everyday. My back is always against the wall and i will always keep pushing BECAUSE ITS STILL MY MUTHA FUCKIN SET CT!!!!!!!

Especially in times like we are in now, people need to be strong we as humans can power through anything. I had bad anxiety and panic attacks 21 years ago. I was put on medication, but it just dumbed me down. Didn’t want to do anything. So I stopped medication, never missed a day of work and powered through it with breathing techniques. I’m 65 now and never had any attacks in at least 10 years. I exercise and feel good.
