I'm going thru that now. Was told in had 6 months to live if they didn't remove my prostate. Went to MD Anderson had it removed! Now? I still have cancer! Especially in times like we are in now, people need to be strong we as humans can power through anything. I had bad anxiety and panic attacks 21 years ago. I was put on medication, but it just dumbed me down. Didn’t want to do anything. So I stopped medication, never missed a day of work and powered through it with breathing techniques. I’m 65 now and never had any attacks in at least 10 years. I exercise and feel good.

CT i grew up in a drug infested house and i got myself out. Against impossible odds i enlisted in the air force built a life got married to the love of my life at 18 and now have a 2 year old baby own a home and have a great career. I am 26 now and lost my mother to an OD last year on my wifes b day. I will never forget where i came from, from nothing. I will never foget the horrible things ive seen and use that to motivate me to never put my child through that. Your story has given me the willpower to push it everyday. It's not worth it, truly. How many will steroids and bodybuilding swallow up before people stop? Not only does heavy lifting create microtears in the arteries, the enhancing just poisons the body even further. Please, bodybuilding is a toxic sport, it really is. Seek the Lord Jesus Christ, the soul is real. We're not meant to be focusing so much on the flesh and body. The sport comes from the demonic realms, it's a ploy to steal souls like many things in this world. I'm not kidding, it changes the image in which God created us. We're not meant to turn into beasts by living in gyms and pumping every site of the body full of chemicals. Please, you have an eternal soul and this isn't your purpose.
