Sweden have long historical ties with Ukraine going back over 1000 years. The overwhelming majority supports Ukraine. Me myself have Ukrainian blood in me, my ancestors was cossacks that fought with the Swedish in the 16-1700. After the loss in Poltava they came to Sweden with the Swedish army.

I’m am happy to hear you say this. Early in the Russian invasion, many Russians were commenting on social media that the Nordic countries(Finland and Sweden), were poor fighters and would be overtaken in hours, especially if Ramzan Kadyrov’s fighters were unleashed but in my history books it mentioned that Russia failed miserably in attack Finland and Sweden in the past. If I recall, Nordic countries were the best fighters in the winter and the best “snipers”. Thank you for your country’s support.❤️

Decoupling further from China, including germany and all other european nations would also inflame tensions between the west and China and i don't see us yet in a position where we can allow ourselves to do so yet. It should be a goal, but maybe it shouldn't be done appruptly. The major mistake though many are already commiting is therefor investing into India instead to build up production capabilities within the west. Indias diplomat on the last munich security conference named russia as an ally. Then there is the fact that they have a quasi fascist leadership with a religious hindi focus against all muslim, not just radical once.

China is backing Russia. Russia will continue to get massive support until the EU decouples from China. Decoupling from China would also put additional pressure on Iran and possibly North Korea.
