So happy to see this vlog as I was supposed to relocate my family and myself to Uppsala next year. It is so good to see Uppsala again and to appreciate it even if we can’t move right now

Watching your content really is allowing me to take the plunge and look for jobs in other countries! Thank you for your openness and transparency in your work/life balance, it really sounds exciting from your viewpoint! I can connect as well as I am usually a people pleaser by nature, and many of my family members rely on me. When at the end of the day I crave adventure, spontaneity and learning. Thank you again!

It doesn’t sound weird at all at least not for me, everyone should learn to be more comfortable being alone. I guess for some people it’s scary to be alone, they feel weird sitting alone in a restaurant. It’s good for you to take time for yourself, doing things you like to do without being considerate of what other people want.

Binge watching your videos, they're really great! Super interesting following your journey here. :) A comparison video between the US and Sweden would be fun (they always seem to do very good on KZbin). :D

If all women develop this we will stop being victims because we will have time to get to know and love ourselves and feel fulfilled before we make space for relationships. I hope your stay in Sweden Will give a lot of time to reflect and also opportunities to travel in Europe and enjoy yourself. You’re amazing 😍🤗

I love going to new places alone and just explore, take the days as they come without too much planning ahead and not having to compromise with anyone. I recently spent a week alone in the Scottish Highlands. Just me and my rental car. Absolutely wonderful. So I don't think you're wierd. I understand completely what you mean.

That church is built were Erik the holy was killed he is the patron saint of Sweden and his remains are in that church. Also at the old royal palace you can see that the cannons are facing the church, it was set up like that by King gustav I Vasa when Sweden had it's protestant reformation, he wanted to show the archbishop who was in power of the city, because back then the church had alot of power & he wanted to make it clear who was in charge. There's also cool things from the Viking era in Uppsala. For instance the Viking burial mounds who hold the bodies of 3 Viking kings. There's also runestones. & the holiest place of paganism used to be there, during the Viking era all Scandianvians used to gather there for cermonies.

love your content so far. bit of constructive criticism - im finding that i have to turn the volume all the way up to hear what's being said and it may be a combination of the music being too loud and you being soft spoken. i'd suggest either editing the audio levels or projecting a bit more. Other than that love the editing.

also yes i feel like a lot of people don't understand that there is a distinction between loneliness and being alone. you can be alone and quite content and not experience loneliness and you can also be in a relationship or surrounded by people and feel quite lonely. it's totally up to you to define what you're comfortable with but I do believe at least in the US people view doing things alone or being single as automatically being lonely when in reality so many people are dying for and would benefit from, some alone time. it really allows you to hopefully develop and feel more comfortable in your skin doing things that you like to do on your terms.

Sorry about that! I tried to increase the volume on some clips but yeah next time if its too low I just wont include it! 😅

Suggestion, lower the music volume or get a mic to raise the volume of your voice. I like your videos, you should come down to Malmö. 👍

Althought that was quiet a while ago, and today is among the least xenophic places in Sweden.
