Swedish Pancakes by Nigella Lawson

Nigella has been a long-time fan of Swedish Pancakes and, as they don’t actually eat them on Shrove Tuesday themselves in Sweden, she thought they wouldn’t mind if she borrowed them for us to celebrate Pancake Day, here in the UK! They look much like French crêpes but, due to the lower ratio of flour to egg and milk, are more pliable and tender. Plus, you get a chance to get the squirty cream in play!
