Do you think mpc is necessary as a control Device in this setup? Or is just there for some samples 😁

Hi @Funkaholic! I'm not sure, but I think he is using it as a midi master clock, and also to send midi messages from the midi keyboard to the elektrons.

He is using it as the brain for the mpc swing and to sequence, his other hardware as well as probably ableton. I do something similar use the mpc 1000 as the brain and sequence drums and synths in ableton and use model d as my monosynth.
