I'm working a soft business plan in case i decide to pull the trigger on this. I'm happy to see this CRM has a pay for performance option as that is what I was leaning towards instead of hourly once I was successful enough to hire to replace myself in the field.

Sweep&Go stood out above all the others in my opinion. Probably the most popular crm for the industry outside of the US is Jobber.

Does sweep and go charge a fee on the money that’s collected or is the only charge the monthly subscription and any add-ons you choose?

Sweep&Go has an option to work with a few different payment processors and you pay the fees to the processors directly. You can try and negotiate rates with the processors depending on volume. S&G just charges the subscription price and ad ons from their app store as far as I'm aware.
